Campaign Management

The Campaign Management module extends to built-in Contact Management (CRM) facilities within axis diplomat and axis diplomat for OP to provide facilities for both managing a rotating sales cycle and for ad-hoc telesales campaigns.

This module is ideal for any company that has a pro-active telesales team, either calling existing customers on a regular basis (for example, weekly or monthly), or following up specific mailings.

Campaigns are created for specfic marketing exercises, such as an individual mailer, and also for repeat calls, with a specified frequency. Customers and prospects can then be assigned to a number of campaigns.

The Campaign Management module provides tools for managing the call cycle, including recording callbacks when the buyer is not available, and for rapidly entering orders and quotations as a result of calls.

Call Management Function in use

Screen 1 - This sample screen shot shows the Call Management function. Under normal circumstances the telesales operator(s) simply call the customer at the top of the list. The list is updated in real time to reflect the changing order of priorities if, for example, a customer requests a call-back in ten minutes.

Update information quickly and easily

Screen 2 - Once a telesales operator has picked a call from the list, they are presented with a screen designed to allow them to update information in the fastest possible way, whilst also updating information in the database on the outcome of the call.
