UPDATE axis diplomat and the Windsor Framework

The Windsor Framework is a trade agreement designed to address the challenges of post-Brexit customs and regulatory arrangements between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

It is now coming into effect on Thursday, May 1st, 2025. Delivery Service Providers continue to update their systems to comply with the framework and axis diplomat has been extended to hold additional information and to submit it to supported carriers, including DHL, DPD, and Parcelforce.

Anyone shipping goods to Northern Ireland must ensure that their axis diplomat software is updated to a level released on or after April 28th as soon as possible.

Not only will this ensure that you have all of the modifications to axis diplomat that we have released but will also mean that, should hot fixes be required to support further changes made by specific carriers, this should be straightforward.
