Paperless Payroll Documents with axis payroll and People HR®

We are pleased to announce the release of a new module for axis payroll offering integration with the cloud-based HR solution, People HR.

With this integration, axis payroll is able to upload P60s, P45s and payslips to PeopleHR so that staff can access these documents remotely and you then no longer need to print them. This also means that it is easier to distribute these documents to employees who are working remotely.

These documents are made available as PDFs which are password protected with AES-256 encoding, making this a very secure way of distributing documents electronically and avoiding the need to distribute documents by insecure methods such as email.

The module also allows you to use People HR to provide your staff with the tools to manage their holiday booking (with half-day granularity) and update basic contact information. Being cloud-based, they are able to access these facilities wherever they are, using a web browser or the People HR app.

Updates are automatically imported into your axis payroll system, which will also synchronise holiday bookings into each employee's calendar in Microsoft Office 365 / Outlook.
