axis payroll July National Insurance Changes

As announced by the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 23rd March 2022 in the Spring Statement 2022, the level at which employees start to pay National Insurance contributions will increase through the application of a raise to the National Insurance Primary Threshold from £9,880 per annum to £12,570 per annum from 6th July 2022 (£11,908 per annum for company directors for tax year 2022/2023). 

axis payroll has been updated to reflect these new thresholds and you must install a software update for your axis payroll system before running your payroll for pay dates on or after 6th July 2022.
