axis diplomat adds support for DX Group

We are pleased to announce the release of an additional Delivery Service Provider ("DSP") interface for DX Group.

DX Group describe themselves as a "specialist provider of customer-driven solutions for the delivery of time sensitive, mission critical, high value and larger and heavier items."

With the DX Group Interface, axis diplomat uses information it has already obtained as a part of the sales order and picking processes to provide consignment information directly to DX's system. Delivery contact and address details together with package and weight details are passed to DX electronically removing the need to re-key information and making the despatch process quicker, simpler and less prone to error.

Information passed back to axis diplomat (e.g. the consignment number) is stored and used to provide an interface into tracking and Proof of delivery.
