Marketing Preferences added to Import/Export Functions

The contact preferences held against each customer contact for marketing purposes were recently extended to include Telephone, Post, Fax and SMS in addition to Email. These fields are now included in the file created by Export CRM Details and can be updated by the function Import Contact Details.
