axis payroll - Product Support Lifecycle

axisfirst's Product Support Lifecycle Policy is intended to provide consistent and predictable guidelines for product support availability from the time a product is released.

The Product Support Lifecycle Policy provides that axisfirst will offer a minimum of four years of mainstream product support (see footnote) from the date of its release.

Please note that, unlike axis diplomat, axis payroll does not feature an Extended Product Support phase as regular updates are required to meet legislation changes.

During the period of Mainstream Product Support standard support contracts are offered, providing software level updates and help desk assistance by telephone, email and remote access.
