Download Call List

We have added a new facility to our website to allow you to download a list of calls.

Any user who is able to see all of the calls on their account, not just their own, now has the option to download the call list:

The call list can be downloaded as a CSV file or as an Excel spreadsheet and the downloaded list will match your current filter selection. For example, if your filter is set to include archived calls, then these will also be included in the list.
