Where Do I Find My Login Details?
Account Reference
This will be shown on any invoice or statement that you have received from axisfirst and will be in the form 01/9999.
Email Address
This must be the email address that axisfirst has on record for you so if, for example, you use both john.smith@abc.co.uk and john@abc.co.uk, you must use the correct one. If in doubt, please check with axisfirst Customer Services.
Password
This will be the password that you chose when first logging on to the axisfirst website. If this is the first time you have attempted to log on to this website, or you cannot remember the password that you have previously chosen, click on the "I have forgotten my password" link. Provided that you are configured to allow access to this website, you will be emailed a link. Follow that link within 24 hours and you will be able to enter a new password of your choice.
