Management Reporting
One of the most extensive recent pieces of development aimed at trade account (B2B) customers has been the production of a Management Reporting module.
This module is designed to provide your customers with access to a reporting suite so that they can analyse their own spend with you. This is particularly well-suited to those that supply Office Products, Printer Consumables and other consumable products (such as cleaning materials and safety equipment) that fall outside of their client's normal procurement processes.
Typical requirements are public-sector or blue chip clients with large numbers of buyers and a centralised management or accounting department who want to keep track on their purchasing.
The Management Reporting suite will allow them to produce reports and charts that are:
- filtered by product category
- filtered by branch (in the case of a head office)
- filtered by user
- sorted by month, category, branch, user or product
It is also possible to drill down into the detail of a report, and to save the selection as a template for future use.
The Management Reporting Suite can be added to any axis vMerchant website that is powered by an axis diplomat system with the eProcurement module.
For an existing axis vMerchant website, powered by an axis diplomat system which already includes the eProcurement module, adding Management Reporting is simply a case of styling the web pages to match the existing design. This typically involves around 4 hours of web development time.
