Ofcom today confirmed that now all five of the 3G license holders; H3G, O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone have met their obligation to enable 3G services to at least 80% of the population.

This is good news for mobile data users as this enables near-broadband speed internet browsing from a mobile phone, PDA or 3G USB modem or data-card.
