We are currently recruiting for the following roles:
- C++ Programmer to work on our axis diplomat software package
- Software & Web Services Level 1 Support
Both the C++ Programmer and the Software & Web Services Level 1 Support roles are based at our Head Office in Bridgwater, Somerset.
Our Bridgwater office is within easy reach of the M5 at junctions 23 and 24 as well as being on the crossroads of the A38 and A39. This means it provides convenient commuting from a number of towns, including Taunton, Weston-super-Mare, Minehead, Street and Glastonbury.
Our Bromsgrove office is within easy reach of the M5 at junction 5 and the M42 at junction 1. It offers an easy commute from not only Bromsgrove but Droitwich, Redditch and further afield, including Worcestershire, Birmingham and beyond.
Due to expansion, we require additional C++ Programmers to work from our Bridgwater offices to work within the development team of our axis diplomat software package.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Visual C++ and STL is required. Experience using the Win32 API directly would be an advantage.
We will want to see some evidence of projects (academic or otherwise) using C++.
Knowledge of SQL (specifically Microsoft) would also be an advantage.
Salary commensurate with experience.
We seek a computer literate individual to join our Software and Web Services department. Full on-the-job training will be provided and we will place a higher priority on suitable personal skills than direct relevant previous experience.
This is a full-time office based post located in our Bridgwater office. After an initial period of training and familiarisation the successful candidate will offer first line telephone and email support to existing customers responding to their requests for help, advice and guidance. They will liaise between customers and our development team, tracking the progress of support tickets and keeping customers fully informed.

- Previous help-desk experience
- A good working knowledge of the following would be an advantage:
- Windows operating systems
- updating websites using a content management system (CMS)
- database systems (such as Access or SQL)
- Microsoft Office products

Salary guideline £17,000 to £20,000 p.a.
