All users of the axis diplomat Warehouse Management module get support for network-attached weighing scales by Ohaus when upgrading to the latest release, axis diplomat 2020.

The Pack and Despatch process can then incorporate an automated real-time check of the actual weight of packages against the expected weight as the order is being packed.

This can help reduce the occurrence of under (or over) picks and, in particular, scenarios where:

• The correct item has been picked but with the incorrect quantity
• A case of the item has been picked instead of a single
• A single item has been picked instead of a case
