May 2012 Update for Software Assurance

Our developers have been busy on enhancements in readiness for the next version of axis diplomat, due for release in about six months time.

We are pleased to announce that a number of these new developments are being made available now to customers with Software Assurance. Our products are generally designed around a two-year product release cycle so, with the next version now due in the 4th quarter of 2012, our Software Assurance customers are able to take advantage of these latest developments 6 months ahead of other users. This is, of course, in addition to more than twenty previous enhancements that have been released to Software Assurance customers since the launch of axis diplomat 2010.

Emailing Credit Notes

Hopefully, our customers do not need to raise too many credit notes but, when they do, these may now be delivered as PDF attachments to emails, in the same way as invoices. If the nature of your business means that you do need to issue credit notes on a regular basis, this can help save time and money compared with posting paper copies.

Other Areas with New Features:

  • Nominal Ledger
  • Sales Ledger
  • CRM & Campaign Management
  • Gap Analysis
  • Stock Ledger
  • Warehousing
  • Kernel
