Intrastat Changes for April 2012

HMRC have announced a couple of changes that come into effect this April which will affect any customers that have to submit HMRC Trade Statistics (Intrastat).

Firstly, Intrastat Supplementary Declarations must be made by the 21st of the following month (previously, they had to be made by the end of the following month).

Secondly, all Intrastat Supplementary Declarations must now be made electronically (via online form, via CSV or EDI).
