Axis First Introduces Customer Referral Scheme

One of the principal sources of new business for Axis First has always been referred business from existing customers that are highly satisfied with our solution and our service, and recommend us to other businesses.

We are now pleased to announce that we have launched an official commission scheme to reward such referrals with a cash payment that can typically be between £500 and £1000!

If you refer another business to us, who subsequently purchases AXIS Diplomat, then you will be entitled to claim a commission of 5% of the invoiced value of the software (excluding services).

It's as simple as that - no catches, just the following simple terms and conditions:

  • You can choose whether the commission will be paid by cheque/BACS or as a credit on your account
  • You must state your intention to claim the commission when you refer the business to us
  • The business must not be one that we are already in discussion with (if they are, then you will be told at the time that you refer the business to us)
  • You must provide us with the name of the decision maker, and that person must be expecting our call
  • The referred business must not be in the same group as, or have shared ownership with, your company
  • Commission will be calculated as 5% of the net value paid by that customer for their AXIS Diplomat Software Licence (i.e. excluding installation, training, support and bespoke software modifications)
  • You will need to provide us with an invoice for the commission
  • Since additional items can be added to an order right up to the last minute, which can increase the amount of commission due, we will only accept an invoice for the commission once the new customer has been invoiced
  • Payment will only be made once the new customer has paid us - if for any reason the customer receives a credit against all or part of that invoice then that will reduce the commission payable accordingly
  • Commission is only payable on the invoice for the initial AXIS Diplomat system
  • The original purchase order from the new business can be received up to six months from the date of the original referral and still be commissionable because we recognise that the decision-making process for software solutions can be a lengthy exercise for many companies

This scheme is operational with immediate effect so, if you would like to refer another business to us, please speak to your Account Manager or email sales@axisfirst.co.uk.

Finally, don't forget that there are other benefits to your trading partners also running the same software as you. For example, the optional AXIS to AXIS XML EDI module allows simple electronic trading between you and your customers also running AXIS Diplomat. This not only increases efficiency and reduces paperwork for both companies but also ties in your customer to you more strongly since they have another reason to deal with you rather than your competitors.
