Integrate with People HR® to provide paperless delivery of payslips, P45s and P60s. Import holiday bookings from People HR to provide staff with a holiday management tool accessible from anywhere.

1.1 Secure Document Upload

With the People HR® Interface, payroll documents are uploaded to People HR, where they can be accessed by the employee.

Payslips, P45s and P60s are supported and these are all generated as password-protected PDFs with AES-256 encryption.

1.2 Holiday Management

Holiday bookings can be imported into axis payroll from People HR, providing your employees with the tools they need to manage their holidays, including approval mechanisms for their line managers.

Holiday bookings are not only automatcally imported into axis payroll but, from there, they are also synchronised to the employee's Outlook Calendar.

1.3 Update Contact Details

Employees can use People HR to update their basic contact information, such as home address and mobile number, and these changes are then also imported back into the axis payroll system.

1.4 Requirements

The People HR® Interface requires a subscription to the People HR Professional Plan or higher.
