1. eDoc Deposit Interface

eDoc Deposit is an online document portal which axis payroll can use for the delivery/deposit of electronic payslips and payroll documents ( Electronic payslips Online UK | Edoc Epayslip | Electronic Payslips (edocdeposit.co.uk) ).

The eDoc Deposit feature enables axis payroll to place documents directly into eDoc Deposit for subsequent access by the employee.

The feature allows axis payroll to:

• Create a new employee account in eDoc Deposit when filing a new employee record.
• Deliver payslips (as password protected PDF files) to the employee eDoc Deposit account.
• Deliver P60s (as password protected PDF files) to the employee eDoc Deposit account.

Once eDoc Deposit is configured on a payroll, individual employee records may be configured to define whether documents are delivered using this method (or are to be printed).

This feature requires the axis payroll Paperless Payroll Foundation feature.

Note that you will require an account with eDoc Deposit (eDoc Deposit charges apply).
