As your business starts to grow, you require all the functionality of a much larger company; email, fax, internet access, file sharing and printing but without the price tag. If you only have two or three computers, you may not be ready to invest in a dedicated server to run these programs centrally. A peer to peer network is a simplified network where files and applications are stored on each computer and then access is given to shared files, printers or programs.
