With SmartOfficeScan, you can instantly create a digital archive that enables you to search and retrieve documents without the need to trawl through endless filing cabinets.

 

Because the application operates on a central server running as a background service, there are no drivers or client applications to be installed on the individual desktop PCs. SmartOfficeScan does all of the OCR TIF to Searchable PDF conversion and electronic storage in the background. Using Adobe Acrobat reader you can search for your document based on location or because it is a Searchable PDF file, you can even search on the contents of the document. The amount of training required to use SmartOfficeScan is only as long as it takes to click the search button in Adobe Acrobat, it is really that simple!
