Microsoft SharePoint Connector

Microsoft SharePoint is an information delivery system more powerful than a digital archive and not quite a fully featured Electronic Document Management System. Available in two varieties; Windows SharePoint Services is bundled free with Windows Server and Small Business Server and enables companies to create Intranet and Extranet solutions. Microsoft Office SharePoint Server builds on the functionality of Windows SharePoint Services to enhance the content and connectivity features of the product.

Microsoft SharePoint uses Document Libraries as its primary storage location. With ScanFlowStore it is possible to use metadata collected during the scanning process to categorise or file your scanned documents. This metadata can be used to populate filenames and file properties of a document that is stored in Microsoft SharePoint. Alternatively, it can be used to create subfolders within a Document Library.

The Microsoft SharePoint Connector for ScanFlowStore enables paper documents such as contracts, invoices, product information, technical manuals and other useful information to be scanned, indexed and stored in the appropriate document library within SharePoint.
