For organisations that have an existing network scanning device or a flatbed scanner connected to a networked PC, ScanFlowStore is able to convert TIF, PDF or JPEG files to a text-searchable PDF. Either scan the document to a specific folder on your network or copy it there. ScanFlowStore will monitor this folder and every document that is stored in this folder will be imported automatically and converted. This means that any network or flatbed scanner can be used to place documents into that folder.
