Email In

Within ScanFlowStore it is possible to configure an email address for the scan template on your Xerox multi-functional printer. Any attachments that are received by this email address will automatically be imported and converted to a text-searchable PDF. What is more, based on the sender or the subject of the email, it is possible to define which folder the documents are stored in.
