With one press of a button, your Xerox WorkCentre Pro can create a digital copy of a paper document in the network folder of your choice. What is more, this can be retrieved quickly and easily simply by searching on the contents of the document. With ScanFlowStore, you can instantly create a digital archive that is simple in design, easy in use and powerful in functionality.
ScanFlowStore is a very user-friendly application which is installed centrally on your network and runs in the background converting your paper into useable information in your business. There are no drivers or client applications to install on individual desktop PCs, this middleware application simply adds functionality to your new or existing Xerox WorkCentre Pro device.
Using well established search result accuracy within Adobe Acrobat, each scanned document can be located efficiently and effectively saving time and ultimately money.
Your documents can even be seamlessly routed to other business applications like Sage Line 50, Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Microsoft SQL Server or Electronic Document Management Systems like Xerox DocuShare or Microsoft SharePoint.
Simply place the document on the Xerox multi-functional device, select a destination from the control panel and return to your desk. The amount of training required to use ScanFlowStore is only as long as it takes to click the search button in Adobe Acrobat, it is really that simple!
Other Features
- ScanFlowStore supports colour documents as standard allowing the creation of full colour text-searchable PDFs out of the box.
- Scan directly to an email address using the on-screen touch panel or configure the system to automatically email each scan.
- Automatic notification when certain types of documents are scanned. This could be “Invoices” or “Field Service Reports”. Email notifications are sent with a link to the document sent to the appropriate department or individual.
- ScanFlowStore also supports printing to a remote printer that can be outside of your own network or your own building as long as you have sufficient “user rights” to print to the printer.
- The Optional Barcode Module can be used to create filenames, folders or send emails. It is also possible to create rules around barcodes that enable documents to be routed to specific folders based on their initial character.
- PDF to SPDF enables you to convert existing PDF files in an archive or network folder into text-searchable PDF files.
