Whilst it is possible to share Outlook® calendars, ensuring that all the right people have access to your appointments can prove time consuming. Exchange GroupCalendar™ is an easy to use, real time application that simplifies this process and seamlessly integrates with your Microsoft Exchange Server.

Nothing to install

There is nothing to install on any client workstations and no delegate permissions to set up for other users to access the calendar. As entries are made into their own calendars, they are replicated into a shared group calendar.

Using Public Folder technology within Microsoft Exchange, your GroupCalendars™> are easily accessible, stored centrally and completely integrated into your existing environment without anyone needing to learn a whole new product separate to Outlook®.

No Dedicated Server

OpusFlow Exchange GroupCalendar™ does not require a dedicated server like other group calendaring applications.  It works without an external SQL Server database or other external technology. The product is a purely Exchange server based tool using it to it’s full potential.
