AXIS Diplomat 2006 for Manufacturing Companies

AXIS Diplomat 2006 includes a range of modules and packages designed to help the manufacturing company.

From Bill of Materials and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) modules which extend the functionality of the Accounts package, to a Job Costing package, which may be integrated into the Accounts or run entirely stand-alone, the range of options is extensive.

Within the AXIS Diplomat 2006 Accounts software, optional modules provide a tiered approach to providing solutions for manufacturing companies involved in repeat or batched manufacturing:

The Bill of Materials module allows you to define the components and quantities needed to build your finished goods and sub-assemblies. This can be used in its own right for both costing and recording purposes.

The MRP module takes the information held in the Bill of Materials module to determine the components required to build the finished goods that you have orders for (whether sales orders for customers or works orders for stock) and identifies material shortages, based on your current stock and future deliveries from purchase orders.
