Returns Policy
To arrange the return of goods telephone our customer services department to obtain a returns number. No returns will be accepted without a valid returns number. No goods correctly supplied to order will be accepted as returns for credit after 7 working days.
If the goods are faulty and cannot be repaired a replacement will be shipped to you. AXIS First reserve the right to make a charge based on an hourly rate for test of goods not found to be faulty.
Non-faulty goods should be returned to us in the original unopened packaging in a re-saleable condition within 7 days. All such goods will be subject to a 20% handling charge. |
