Axis First Appointed Sole UK Distributor for OpusFlow™ - GroupCalendar

Axis First is pleased to announce that it has the honour of being appointed sole UK distributor by OpusFlow for their Group Calendar range of products.

OpusFlow specialise in add-on solutions to Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Exchange Server. Their products are used in more than 30 countries worldwide by Banks, Schools, Telecoms Companies, Local Authority, Defence Agencies, Professional Services companies. Seamless integration with Outlook enables companies to operate 1, 2, 20 or more group calendars that enable consolidated diary management without the administrative overheads of trying to maintain them.

The Group Calendar product for Microsoft Outlook is for companies who do not have a central Microsoft Exchange Server or even a central server. The product is scaleable so that it can be installed on a peer to peer network and operates from a Microsoft Access database or on a Microsoft Windows Server based network. This provides centralised shared diary management for individuals who are part of small departments, family businesses or smaller companies and can even be synchronised to a PDA or Windows SmartPhone using ActiveSync.

The Group Calendar product for Microsoft Exchange pushes diaries into Public Folders accessible from Microsoft Outlook without any installation required on any of the workstations. For people who work remotely, the public folders can be viewed via Outlook Web Access or via Terminal Services. This solution is excellent for collaborative team diaries, resource diaries (such as projectors, car parking spaces, conference rooms) or for Sales Teams.
