Download a 30-day trial for GroupCalendar™ for Outlook^®

OpusFlow offer a 30-day free trial of their GroupCalendar™ for Outlook^® product. After the trial period you simply uninstall the software or purchase a license to carry on using the product.

Depending on your existing IT infrastructure, there are three different versions of the software available for you to download. Please read the descriptions below carefully to ensure you select the appropriate version for your environment.

Microsoft Outlook^® in a Microsoft Exchange Server Environment

Microsoft Exchange is a central email server application that runs on your network either on Microsoft Windows Server or Microsoft Small Business Server. If you do not have Windows Server or Small Business Server then you do not need this version.

 

OpusFlow have a separate product designed specifically for Microsoft Exchange Server environments that ensures that all processing is performed by the server and utilises more of the powerful features that Microsoft Exchange offers. This product is GroupCalendar™ for Exchange and can be downloaded here.

 

However, you may choose not to use this version if you wish to develop a separate Microsoft SQL Server database application for your appointments or if you have multiple Microsoft Exchange Server Organisations that need to share a common calendar, or you run Exchange in a hosted environment where it is not possible to install software directly onto the server.

Microsoft Outlook^® only Environment

Depending on how you would prefer to function will determine which of the two versions for an Outlook^® only environment you download.

Personal Calendar

 

If you wish to share the default personal calendar within Microsoft Outlook^®, then this version is for you. Your own appointments will appear in the GroupCalendar™ as you enter them into your own calendar.

GroupCalendar™

 

If you manage or are responsible for several calendars within your department or organisation, then this version is better suited for you. Entries are made into the GroupCalendar™ and then replicated into the personal calendar of whom the appointment is for. This is similar to delegate access that is used by Microsoft Outlook^® where you are given permission to update someone else’s calendar.

Uninstalling after the Trial Period has expired

OpusFlow hope that after evaluating their software that you find it so useful that you will not want to uninstall it. During your evaluation period you are entitled to upgrade to newer versions of the software if they become available. This can be done without having to uninstall the previous version.

Purchasing a license after the Trial Period has expired

After you purchase the software, we will email you instructions on how to license the software for all users on your network without having to install a new version of the product.

You can also upgrade your existing version of the software during or after the Trial Period to the latest version without having to uninstall your current version.
