eCommerce Software Solutions Sales Executive


Our Software Division is currently seeking an experienced, self-motivated Sales Executive to help manage our existing customer base and to promote our eCommerce solutions to new clients.


Axis First develops and markets, on a direct sales model, both eCommerce software and back office software for small and medium sized companies throughout the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for a subset of the existing customer base, managing the client relationship and developing new opportunities within that customer base.


Essential functions/responsibilities:

  • Liaison with new and existing clients
  • Demonstrating software to clients
  • Discussing requirements with clients
  • Translating those requirements into effective use of software
  • Over-seeing new software projects for clients


The successful application will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the challenges facing SMEs entering into an online marketplace, and how a good eCommerce software solution can help those companies succeed. Previous experience of eCommerce solutions is essential, whilst experience of back office software (accounting, stock control or order processing software) would be an advantage. Due to the geographic nature of our client base, an ability and willingness to travel is essential.


The package will be tailored to suit the experience of the sucessful candidate but will include a competitive base salary and performance-related bonuses.

Sales Representative (IT Sales)

This position would suit someone with previous experience of sales and/or support in the IT industry.

 

The ideal candidate should be familiar with IT and networking concepts, including Windows Server and Workstation platforms. Previous experience selling IT solutions on PC-based networks would be ideal and a reasonable level of technical competence would be required. The job will involve a significant amount of traveling within the UK and so the successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team whilst being self-motivated.

 

Sales Representative (Office Products)

This position would suit someone with experience of sales and/or IT support within the Office Products industry with a keen interest in moving into IT Systems Sales.

 

The ideal candidate should be familiar with computers and, preferably, accounts and business systems. Previous experience selling IT solutions on PC-based networks would be ideal. The job will involve a significant amount of traveling within the UK and so the successful candidate will be someone who can demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team whilst being self-motivated.
