We have seen many new products launched under the Office 365 umbrella recently and now Microsoft has announced another member of the family; Microsoft Teams.

Designed to create a workspace or hub-like environment for people to chat, work and communicate, you can work on documents, conduct Skype calls, engage in online discussions and take notes all within one common area.

Completely customisable for each group of users, Microsoft Teams can pull information from third party applications using connectors.

All the data is encrypted at all times whether at rest or in transit and it even supports multi-factor authentication for identity protection.

This is another exciting additional to the Office 365 portfolio and we look forward to deploying and working with our customers on maximising the benefits that Microsoft Teams can bring to your organisation.
