• How do I take credit/debit card payments on my website?

• Will my axis vMerchant website be Search Engine friendly?

  With axis vMerchant a number of faciliities are included to help improve your search engine presence. Naturally, search engine positioning is less relevent to a B2B site (since anyone finding your site through a search engine will be unable to login to purchase) but it can still be a useful way to raise your profile with potential customers.

  

• My Customers all have Special Pricing; how is this handled?

  As you are using axis diplomat for your back office applications, any pricing structure support by that system will be replicated on your website - essentially, if you have set up your back office system so that when you enter a sales order for a customer, the system defaults to the correct price for that product for that customer, then the customer will also see the right price when they login to your website.

When your site is designed, sections can be identified as coming from the CMS database and you have the ability to log in to an administrative section of our website and update these sections as often as you like. This is ideal for frequently changing sections, such as the welcome text on your home page, your delivery terms and other terms and conditions and, of course, your News section..
