Windows Mobile Training

Our Windows Mobile Training courses are delivered by a qualified Windows Mobile Training Specialist. This hands-on course is an excellent introduction to the world of mobile email, mobile internet and mobile working.

This half day course is designed to demonstrate the common functions of email, calendar, contacts as well as business tools like Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint to get you fully operational and achieving maximum productivity and efficiency whilst conducting business on the move.

Using Windows Mobile 5

Who is the target audience?

This course would ideally suit someone who is will need to use their mobile to make and receive calls as part of their everyday tasks. In addition send and receive email whilst out of the office.

What will the course enable me to do?

Delegates will gain the skills necessary to operate either a Windows SmartPhone or PocketPC Handset as part of their everyday tasks.

At the end of the course, delegates should have a very good understanding of the features and functions available in Windows Mobile 5.

They will be able to create and receive emails, work with contacts and know which devices can view and edit attachments.

In addition, home workers, mobile workers and staff who hot-desk will understand how to login and operate remotely from their office.

Are there any prerequisites?

We recommend that delegates be proficient in the use of a PC in a Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP environment.
